Objective/Scope:
The CIKM project investigates and analyses the impact Knowledge Management has on the Innovative Performance of companies. That will help companies to understand, and then improve, their innovative effectiveness. CIKM will deliver a set of innovation profiles of various companies in four industry sectors (information technology, telecommunication, machine industry and financial services) in different European countries; a methodical framework for the assessment of the interrelation between Knowledge Management and Innovative Performance, validated through an empirical study; and an analysis of interdependencies and recommendations for best practice approaches.
