The empolis quality management system is designed to manage processes, document them, control their compliance, and to improve them as technological developments advance.
The system fulfills the DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 requirements as was once again successfully proven in the monitoring audit on June 30, 2006. After extensive testing and numerous interviews, TÜV Southern Germany, confirmed the successful extention to additional empolis business areas. Jürgen Richter, the TÜV Lead Auditor, expressed his praise for empolis' professional and consistent development of the system. Stefan Wess, empolis Managing Director, states "This audit verifies the high standard of quality, the stability and reliability of our core processes. In the Spring of 2007, we will expand on the certification just confirmed and will add the evaluation of process maturity according to ISO 15504".
