The solution enables service center agents to better support consumers and partners to increase overall customer satisfaction.
The solution provides intelligent focused search facilities, based on a variety of data sources as internal file servers, CRM systems or web content management systems, encompassing documents in 7 different languages. KYOsearch offers an easy-to-use interface for simple, as well as complex queries, and allows for fast access to relevant information – respecting the access rights for different user groups.
KYOsearch will extend its user community to integrate KYOCERA’s field engineers, employees in their European sales branches, as well as field engineers from their partner dealer companies. Finally, the system will also provide self-service directly to KYOCERA’s customers.
