A Customer-oriented Focus: Empolis meets the challenges of the future with two business divisions

A single company with two business divisions: Empolis’ new corporate structure is now in place; the integration of Darmstadt-based intelligent views GmbH, which Empolis acquired a year ago, is now complete. The company’s two co-CEOs Dr. Stefan Wess and Andreas Klüter made the announcement to an audience of 1,200 industry specialists at the virtual Empolis Executive Forum 2021.

Empolis Information Management GmbH, with headquarters in Kaiserslautern, Germany and locations in Berlin, Bielefeld, and Würzburg, supports companies in many industries with their digital transformation and in repositioning their business models along the value chain. This includes data-driven business and sales models in aftersales, digital services, and new profit models for systems and machines. The SaaS solution, Empolis Service Express^®, uses artificial intelligence to provide customer service employees with product, process, and service expertise anytime and anywhere so they can resolve service cases faster. The excellent feedback already received from Empolis Service Express^® customers was confirmed yet again today, as the company was honored with two 2021 German Stevie Awards in the categories of “Cloud Applications” and “IoT Analysis Solutions”.
