Empolis is one of the 20 most promising providers of knowledge management solutions in the world

Kaiserslautern, Germany, September 11, 2017 – The acclaimed US trade magazine CIO Review, which specializes in enterprise solutions, has named Empolis Information Management GmbH one of the 20 most promising solution providers worldwide in the field of knowledge management. “In recent months, our editorial team has analyzed more than 300 companies specializing in knowledge management,” says editor Laurence Tse. “Of those, we selected the top 20 companies, which provide state-of-the-art solutions that meet customer demands exceptionally well. Empolis is one of these top companies.”

Empolis software is in use with the reinsurance company Munich Re, for instance. Over the past two years, the “Early Loss Detection” software has analyzed data available on the Internet relevant to more than 75,000 fire incidents in the United States and Great Britain. Munich Re is in the position to assess the resulting damages in real time and provide an appropriate response faster than ever before.

“No one must ever make wrong decisions again,” says Dr. Stefan Wess, Empolis CEO. “Empolis’ mission is to utilize all information to provide the right recommendations.”
